Federal prosecutors are asking a judge to make an example of what some people are calling a modern day Bonnie and Clyde.
Roger Dillon and his girlfriend Nicole Boyd will be sentenced this week for the seven million dollar heist from a Liberty armored car company.
Papers filed in court indicate that the U.S. Attorney's office want the judge to sentence Dillon to as much as 12 and a half years in prison for the crime. Under federal sentencing guidelines, Boyd could get two years or more.
Dillon's mother Sharon Lee Gregory will also be sentenced this week for her part in the crime.
