Police have arrested a suspect in Warren's first murder of the year.

Jason Orr turned himself in Monday afternoon for the Sunday morning shooting death.

Police say 24-year-old Tristan Aguilar of Michigan was shot in the area of Colonial and Adelaide on the city's southeast side.

He was dropped off at Saint Joseph's Hospital around 1:00 AM Sunday, where he died.
