A public health alert has been issued for various soups and other bowl products from several brands due to a potential wood contamination.

These products were sold in several states, including Ohio and came from several different brands including Campbell's, Health Request, Life Cuisine, Molly's Kitchen, Sysco, Verve and Crafted Market.

According to the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA), these products are believed to have been contaminated with wood from cilantro, an FDA regulated ingredient.

If you have purchased any of the products listed above, you're asked not to consume them and instead throw them away or return them to the place of purchase.
