A father and daughter in Warren escaped from their burning home on the 1700 block of Front St. around 8:30 p.m. on Friday, April 11.

21 News spoke with the tenant of the house who said he was with his daughter when he saw smoke coming from the living room.

The tenant told 21 News when he went to investigate the smoke, his TV and entertainment system were on fire.

He the grabbed his daughter and immediately bolted to the door, according to the tenant.

21 News also spoke with the landlord of the home who said that he is going to be helping the tenant and his daughter find a new place to stay.

The inside of the house was charred from the flames. Warren Fire says that this fire is still under investigation.
