Suspect in shooting on Youngstown's south side indicted

The suspect accused of shooting a man on Youngstown's south side has been indicted.
The Mahoning County Grand Jury indicted 22-year-old Isaac Bethel on three counts of felonious assault and a count of improperly discharging a firearm at or into a habitation or school safety zone.
Bethel is accused of shooting a man on Hudson Avenue on February 26.
The victim told police that Bethel shot him while he was staying at his mother's house.
Security camera video from a nearby home shows a man believed to be Bethel walking down the sidewalk towards the home before gunshots rang out. Shortly after, a man can be seen running away past the home with the camera.
Police searched for Bethel and found a man matching his description on Mistletoe Avenue near Glenwood Avenue.
