Two suspects in a Youngstown murder case have been indicted.

According to a grand jury report, both 22-year-old Terry Hopkins and 34-year-old Kenneth Carter were indicted on one count of murder with a three-year firearm specification.

Additionally, Carter was indicted on felony counts of improper handling of firearms in a motor vehicle and possession of cocaine.

The charge stems from the shooting death of 42-year-old Resean Graham in January of 2025. Graham was pronounced dead after he was found with multiple gunshot wounds inside the doorway of a home on the 2700 Block of Griselda Avenue.

Carter was arrested three days after the incident and Hopkins turned himself in to police two days later.

Court records do not show arraignment information for either suspect at this time. Both are still incarcerated in the Mahoning County Jail each with a bond of $750,000.
