Rescue Mission of Mahoning County to host brunch for national volunteer week

Rescue Mission of the Mahoning Valley will be hosting a special brunch in honor of its annual Volunteer Appreciation Week.
Volunteer Appreciation Week takes place from Monday, April 21 through Saturday, April 26 and recognizes volunteers that have made an impact on the Rescue Mission and community it serves.
On Saturday, there will be a special Volunteer Appreciation Brunch from 10 to 11 a.m. in Mission's Dining Hall featuring a brief mission update followed by a brunch to express gratitude to the volunteers.
Volunteer Coordinator Greta says, "Our volunteers are the heart and soul of our mission. Their dedication and compassion inspire us every day."
She continues, "We are thrilled to celebrate their contributions during National Volunteer Week and look forward to expressing our gratitude at the Volunteer Appreciation Brunch."
Past and present volunteers are encouraged to invite and RSVP friends and family for the event, as well as those interested in volunteering.
