It will still be on the cooler side Wednesday, but we will see some improvements compared to yesterday. Temperatures will rise from the 20s during the morning commute to the upper 40s later in the day. As temperatures ramp up, so will the cloud cover with skies turning mostly cloudy after some morning sunshine.

An area of low pressure will move in overnight bringing showers back to the valley. Rain will become likely by midnight, with a few wet snowflakes possibly mixing in. It will be all rain by Thursday morning, and showers will be around for the morning commute.

Rain chances will be highest before midday, with showers becoming more scattered by Thursday afternoon and evening. Temperatures will approach 50 degrees again Thursday afternoon, before falling into the upper 30s overnight.

A slow-moving area of low pressure will move to our east on Friday and Saturday, potentially bringing some more showers to the area. The amount of rain we see on those days will depend on how far west that system tracks. Sunday will be the more pleasant day of the weekend, with a mix of sun and clouds.
