A restaurant in Austintown will soon be operating on adjusted hours beginning at the end of April.

According to a post on the Facebook page of Rachel's Restaurant & Catering, the restaurant will begin operating under adjusted hours effective April 30, 2025.

The restaurant will be open for dining Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays from 4 p.m. until 9 p.m., but will still be available for catering services seven days a week.

The statement did not give a reason for these adjusted hours, but says the decision to implement these hours came after much consideration and input from customers and family.

"We'll ensure your events are just as memorable as your dining experience with us," the statement reads.

Rachel's has been serving customers in the Mahoning Valley for 35 years.
