A Pennsylvania man was sentenced to 13-and-a-half years in prison after being convicted on multiple counts of pandering obscenity involving a minor or impaired person, according to Columbiana County Prosecutor Vito J. Abruzzino.

Wesley Theberge of Allison Park, Pennsylvania, was also designated as a Tier II sex offender.

Theberge was arrested in March 2024 after responding to an online prostitution ad.

When he arrived at a predetermined location, authorities took him into custody.

Investigators found a computer, phone and multiple USB drives in his possession containing child sexual assault material.

Abruzzino thanked the Mahoning Valley Human Trafficking Task Force and law enforcement officers involved in the case.
