Tenor Health to hold job fair Wednesday afternoon, services expanding at Sharon Regional
Tenor Health is holding a job fair for several positions at Sharon Regional Medical Center Wednesday afternoon.
The job fair will be at Morrison Hall, which is located at the Sharon School of Nursing at 672 East State Street in Sharon from 4 p.m. until 7 p.m. Wednesday, April 2.
This comes after mass layoffs happened at two hospitals in Trumbull County including Insight Hospital & Medical Center and Hillside Rehabilitation Hospital within the past week.
In addition, Sharon Regional CEO Butch Eavenson tells 21 News the hospital will soon be reopening several more services including surgical services, Cath lab, wound care and interventional radiology, as well as adding additional beds into service.
These developments are expected to take place over the coming days and weeks as the hospital works closely with the Pennsylvania Department of Health.
The hospital reopened with limited services available including the emergency room, med-surge, ICU and behavioral health.
