Wide receiver and return specialist DeAndre Carter has signed with the Browns.

The eight year veteran played for the Bears last year and the Eagles, Texans, Commanders, Chargers and Raiders over his tenure.

Carter has 21 starts as a receiver and averages better than 20 yards on kickoff returns.
