Man arrested after witnesses say he jumped on cars in Boardman

A Youngstown man was arrested Monday evening after police say he jumped on several cars in a Boardman parking lot.
Brian Turley, 45, was charged with disorderly conduct, a misdemeanor.
Boardman police were called to the parking lot of Marc's, on Tiffany Blvd., at 6:21 p.m. for a report of a man jumping on vehicles.
Officers arrived to find Turley in a grassy area near the roadway. Witnesses told police Turley had been jumping on cars, giving drivers the middle finger and yelling at them.
One witness said Turley made racial slurs and the witness then held Turley at gunpoint until police arrived.

According to a police report, Turley appeared to be intoxicated, had slurred speech and was uncooperative with officers. A video taken by a witness showed Turley climbing on the hood of a car, causing it to stop in traffic.
An officer asked Turley what had happened before he arrived, and Turley’s response was “I voted for Trump,”
Turley, who was arrested and taken to the Mahoning County Jail, was scheduled to appear in county court on Tuesday.
