An interim status conference is scheduled for July 7, and a status conference is scheduled for Sept. 5, both at 9 a.m.

Wall faces charges of aggravated murder, murder, intimidation of a witness and two firearm specifications in connection with the Sept. 9 shooting death of Herron, 30.

Wall, also known as “Mally,” was indicted by a Columbiana County grand jury.

Wellsville police responded to a report of shots fired on 10th Street in Wellsville shortly after 11:30 p.m. Sept. 9. Officers found Herron fatally wounded behind a residential garage.
