Flames break out at Youngstown home; Smoke alarm rouses residents
Three occupants were inside at the time, and all escaped without injury after being alerted by a fire alarm.

A fire damaged a home on Youngstown’s Northside early Monday.
Youngstown Fire Department crews responded to the blaze on the 1100 block of Burlington Street just before 1 a.m.
The fire broke out on the second floor of the two-story home. Three occupants were inside at the time, and all escaped without injury after being alerted by a fire alarm.
The first and second floors sustained heavy smoke damage. The second floor also suffered significant fire damage.
Youngstown fire officials are investigating the cause of the fire.
