Rayen Avenue is open again near the Youngstown State University campus.

A truck brought down part of a utility pole and wires along Rayen between Belmont and Fifth Avenues just before 5:30 a.m.

The driver managed to get out of the truck. Rayen Avenue was closed in front of the University Edge Apartments until the damage was cleared.
