Youngstown police called the Animal Charity of Ohio regarding a book bag that contained 11 dead puppies that was discovered on the side of the road in the north side of Youngstown.
On the Facebook page of Animal Charity of Ohio, the pictures above were provided for documentation and identification purposes.
Pictured above is the black bag branded with RAW wrapping paper vinyl pressings which the puppies were found dead inside.
