We now know the name of the victim, as well as the juvenile suspect in a homicide on Youngstown's west side Sunday afternoon.

The victim has been identified in a court document as Keondre Lewis. Lewis's age is not known at this time.

Police were called to the scene of a homicide on Rhoda Avenue just north of Mahoning Avenue at around 2 p.m. Sunday.

According to a police report, police found Lewis laying in the dining room of a home with an apparent gunshot wound to the head. Lewis was taken to the hospital where he died of his injuries.

Lieutenant Mohammad Awad tells 21 News a 14-year-old suspect has been arrested in connection with the shooting. That suspect has been identified in court documents as 14-year-old Willie Wilkes.

Wilkes is charged with murder with a three-year firearm specification.
