Youngstown's Better Business Bureau elects a new chair to board of directors

The Better Business Bureau elected John Burgan, founder of Burgan Real Estate as the chair of its board of directors.
"We are excited to have such an experienced and dedicated team of leaders guiding the BBB of the Mahoning Valley," said Melissa Ames, President and CEO of the BBB.
Burgan is from the area and established Burgan Real Estate in Boardman in 1977.
"John Burgan's leadership, coupled with the expertise of our executive officers and new board members, will help us continue promoting trust in the marketplace and supporting businesses in our community," said Ames.
The board also elected a new Vice Chair in Ed Muransky, treasurer in Rachel Barber, secretary in Colleen Kelly and past chair in Jennifer Johnson.
Terms were renewed between the board of directors as well, with members such as Sam Huston of Huntington Bank, Robert Kempe of Premier Bank, Betty Jo Licata of YSU, Teri Storey of Masonry Material Plus, Gregg Strollo of Strollo Architechs and Anthony Trevena of Western Reserve Port Authority returning.
Some new members of the board of directors include names like Cailyn Chrystal of 898 Marketing, Jordan Greenwood of Greenwood Chevrolet, Stephanie Mrozek of Hometown Pharmacy, Jordan Ryan of JAC Management and Adam Timblin of Schrodel, Scullin and Bestic.
