Four Valley art museums selected as part of Ohio's Creativity Trail

Four art museums in the Mahoning Valley have been selected to be part of Ohio's Creativity Trail.
According to a press release, the Butler Institute of American Art has been selected to be part of the Ohio Creativity Trail, a new experimental driving trail from the America 250 Ohio Commission spanning 109 sites across the state.
Additionally, the Medici Museum of Art in Howland, as well the Burchfield Homestead Museum in Salem and the Museum of Ceramics in East Liverpool as the is also part of the trail according to a map on America 250 Ohio's website.
According to America 250 Ohio's website, the trail features sites grouped into six categories:
- On the Page, which highlights authors, poets and graphic novelists from Ohio
- Music, which highlights Ohio's musical history
- Visual Arts, which highlights Ohio's museums, studios and galleries
- Glass and Pottery, which highlights Ohio's glass and pottery artistry
- Folk & Traditional Arts, which highlights the art of Ohio's religious and immigrant communities
- Carousel Art, which highlights Ohio's many carousels
