A woman has been indicted in connection with a raid conducted at a Youngstown massage parlor earlier this year.

According to the Mahoning County Grand Jury report, 54-year-old Jingmei Feng was indicted on one misdemeanor count of soliciting and one felony count of practicing medicine without a license.

The charges stem from a raid conducted at a massage parlor at 1760 Belmont Avenue where undercover agents arrested Feng after she allegedly offered them "boom boom" for $150 or another sex act for less.

Authorities said Feng got into the U.S. through the Mexican border and became a sex-for-hire worker in New York State before reading an ad saying she could make more money by working out of state.

Authorities say a van picked her up and drove her from Flushing, New York to Youngstown where she allegedly offered sex for money under the name "Sasha."

Court records do not show an arraignment date for Feng at this time.

This is the second time this location was raided with the first taking place in August of 2024 and resulted in the arrest of 49-year-old Yuli Guo. That raid was in conjunction with two more raids at massage parlors in Beaver Township and Hubbard.
