A Youngstown man who pled guilty to child pornography charges in October of 2024 has learned his fate.
Forty-six-year-old Eduardo Pagan was sentenced to five years in prison on six counts of pandering obscenity involving a minor. Once he is released, he must register as a tier 2 sex offender.
Pagan was originally charged with 15 counts, but the remaining charges were dismissed due to a plea deal.
The charges were originally filed in February of 2024 following a Mahoning County Human Trafficking Task Force raid at a home on the 1300 Block of Oak Street.
That raid revealed electronic evidence that Pagan had downloaded obscene material showing children as participants.
