One taken to hospital following house fire in New Springfield
One adult and three children were at home at the time of the fire, but were able to escape. The adult was transported to the hospital to be treated, but is expected to be okay.

Several responders were on scene of a home fully engulfed in flame in the 2900 block of E South Range Road in New Springfield around 6 p.m. Wednesday.
Flames could be seen through the roof of the structure and firefighters could be seen surrounding the building.
One adult and three children were at home at the time of the fire, but were able to escape. The adult was transported to the hospital to be treated, but is expected to be okay.
Officials are still looking into the cause of the fire.
Responders say that the blaze was a challenge to put out due to the windy conditions.
