Each round of the 2025 NBA Playoffs will be a best-of-seven series (2-2-1-1-1 format) with the first team to win four games advancing to the next round. In the best of seven series, there are four possible home games in the first round that will be designated as Games A-D. Games A and B will be the first two games of Round 1. Due to the nature of the playoffs, ticket onsale information will be determined based on how each round unfolds. If game C/D is not played, ticketholders will be refunded for their purchase.

The Cavs return to the playoffs for the third consecutive season, marking their 25th overall postseason appearance and eighth time as Central Division champs. The Cavs have the NBA’s fourth-best win percentage in playoff home games since 1995, boasting a 62-27 (.697) all-time record at Rocket Arena, where the team has competed in five NBA Finals and an unforgettable NBA championship run in 2016.  In addition to sharing the league’s top overall record this season, the Cavs are an NBA-best 30-5 at home. The Cavs have sold out 135 consecutive games at Rocket Arena, a record that dates back to the end of the 2021-22 season, and fans are encouraged to act quickly as access to Cavs 2025 Playoff tickets is expected to be limited.
