Youngstown JCC unveils renovated Fitness Center

The Jewish Community Center of Youngstown has completed a major renovation of its fitness center, featuring new cardio machines, circuit equipment, and flooring.
The center, which closed March 8-16 for the work, reopened to members on Monday. A grand opening celebration is scheduled for 10 a.m. on Wednesday, March 19.
The renovation includes new cardio machines, circuit equipment, and flooring. In addition to the new equipment, the JCC will host special group exercise workouts in various spaces throughout the facility.
The grand opening will feature a prize package giveaway, including a jump-start personal training package valued at $75, a massage gun, and JCC merchandise. Refreshments will be available while supplies last.
"Wellness is at the heart of what we do at the JCC," the center said on its website. "We strive to offer the most innovative programs and classes for all ages and fitness levels."
The JCC offers more than 40 group exercise classes per week included with membership, as well as extensive aquatics programming with over 19 group aquatic classes, private and group swim lessons, after-school family pool time and a year-round swim team.
