A Lisbon man has been arrested after police in Brookville, Pennsylvania, say he traveled 120 miles from his home to meet who he though was a 15-year-old girl.

Nicholas Tualbee, 33, was arrested Friday on multiple felony charges, including statutory sexual assault and indecent assault of a person less than 16 years old.

According to an affidavit of probable cause, police followed up on information provided by the “814 Pred Hunters,” a citizen group that poses as underage minors online. The "814" refers to the area code that covers the region around Brookville.

The group provided police with messages allegedly exchanged between Tualbee, using the online persona "Daddy Dee," and a group member posing as a 15-year-old girl named "Dez." The messages, which spanned from Feb. 26 to March 14, contained sexually explicit conversations and requests for explicit images and videos, police said.

The affidavit states Tualbee allegedly sent a video of himself engaged in a sex act and made multiple references to sexual acts involving the purported minor.

Tualbee and a member of the undercover group arranged to meet at a Sheetz convenience store in Brookville on March 14, where he was arrested by Brookville Borough Police, according to the affidavit.

Tualbee is charged with felony counts of statutory sexual assault, indecent assault of a person less than 16 years old, aggravated indecent assault, corruption of minors, and criminal use of a communication facility, as well as a misdemeanor count of indecent assault.

After an initial court appearance, Tualabee remains held in the Jefferson County Jail on $100,000 bond. A preliminary hearing is scheduled for March 24.

The public defender appointed to represent Tualabee declined a 21 News request for comment on the case.
