Boardman Police have reported multiple instances of unruly juveniles at the Target store in The Shops At Boardman Park plaza within the past month.

One instance happened shortly before 9 p.m. February 28 when police found a group of juveniles loitering in the parking lot. Police say the group claimed they were just there to buy silly string and were not causing any issues.

However, a loss prevention employee at the store told police he saw the juveniles spraying the silly string inside the store and that they refused to leave the store when asked.

Eventually, police say the juveniles left the building but stayed in the parking lot.

The juveniles were later given a trespassing warning per the request of the owner with the juveniles being banned from the store for two years.

In a follow-up report made a few days later, it was determined that those cans of silly string were stolen with security camera video capturing the juveniles hiding the cans and leaving without paying.

Police say the cameras also captured the juveniles spraying the silly string on parked cars in the parking lot.

Another report dated March 7 also tells of an incident involving separate juveniles. This report does not go into specifics, but notes that the juveniles were "causing a disturbance due to unruly behavior" and were refusing to leave.

This incident also resulted in the group being banned from the store for two years.

Another report dated Saturday, March 15 tells of an incident of juveniles wearing Spiderman costumes causing a disturbance in the store and refusing to leave shortly before 9 p.m.

Like the other two incidents, this group was banned from the store for two years.

21 News has also obtained call logs from Target regarding juvenile problems with one noting that the caller told dispatchers they were from out of town and were "embarrassed to be in the store."

The caller alleged that the juveniles were throwing things in the store and being disrespectful to management.
