Mild air and showers return as we kick off the spring season
Temperatures won't be terribly cold or terribly warm as we head into the first days of Spring.

There were some snow-coated grassy services as we began Saint Patrick's Day, and more snow will be possible before the week is through.
Monday also began cloudy, but more sunshine will likely follow before the day is over. Saint Patrick's Day 2025 could also be the coldest since 2019, with a high temperature in the low 40s.
Tuesday will feature plenty of sunshine, and high temperatures will rebound by about 20 degrees to the low 60s.
Wednesday stays dry, but showers will work in overnight and likely stay through the day on Thursday. Thursday is also the vernal Equinox or the first day of the spring season.
Temperatures on Friday and into the weekend will hover in the low 40s, with showers possibly on Saturday afternoons and evenings.
