A Milton Township man has been arrested after a secret indictment accused him of secretly taking pictures or video of a 12-year-old child.

Richard Joseph Kaszowski, 53, of Gladstone Road, was indicted by a Mahoning County grand jury on 10 counts of voyeurism, all fifth-degree felonies.

The indictment alleges that between March 5, 2024, and June 2, 2024, Kaszowski used a hidden camera to view “the private areas” of the child.

Milton Township police said the investigation was conducted by the Mahoning County Prosecutor’s Office.

Kaszowski was booked into the Mahoning County Jail on Friday and later released on bond. He is scheduled to appear before a judge on Tuesday to answer the charges.

Kaszowski is the owner of West 34 in downtown Youngstown. 21 News has attempted to reach Kaszowski for comment but have not gotten a hold of him.

A woman identifying herself as a manager at the restaurant said they have no comment on the indictment as the allegations have no direct connection to the restaurant.
