Former YSU basketball coach Jerrod Calhoun and his Utah State team, Horizon League Champion Robert Morris & Akron know their opponents for the first round of the NCAA Tournament.

(10) Utah State (26-7) plays (7) UCLA (22-10) Friday In Lexington, Kentucky.

(15) Robert Morris (26-8)  who defeated YSU in the Horizon League Championship game plays (2) Alabama (25-8)  Friday in Cleveland.

(13) Akron (28-6) plays (4) Arizona (22-12) Friday in Seattle, Washington.
