Update: Power restored in Boardman, Youngstown neighborhoods

All power has been restored, but Ohio Edison is still investigating the cause of the outage that impacted multiple areas between Youngstown and Boardman.

Multiple power outages impacted areas between Youngstown and Boardman on Friday.

The first outage, which started at around 20 homes near South Avenue and Indianola Road Friday afternoon, spread to multiple locations and impacted 1,079 homes and businesses.
