Columbiana County Port Authority CEO, Executive Director to retire in April

Columbiana County Port Authority CEO and Executive Director Penny Traina has announced that she will soon be retiring.
Traina released a statement to 21 News saying she will be retiring from the role effective April 1, 2025 after 30 years of public service.
"Serving as the CEO/Executive Director of an organization dedicated to fostering economic development has been an incredibly rewarding experience. We've made significant strides in advancing our region's economic vitality, creating opportunities for businesses and communities and improving the lives of countless individuals," Traina said.
Traina went on to say she is proud of the progress the Port Authority has made and the partnerships it has built during her tenure and thanked her Board of Directors and staff members.
