State Route 170 southbound closed in New Middletown for construction
The Ohio Department of Transportation has announced the closure of State Route 170 southbound in New Middletown for construction.

The Ohio Department of Transportation has announced the closure of State Route 170 southbound in New Middletown for construction.
Beginning Monday, March 3, SR 170 southbound will be closed between State Route 630/Calla Road and Woodland Drive. The closure is expected to last through late October 2025.
Drivers are advised to follow a detour using State Route 617 to State Route 165, then to State Route 626, State Route 7, U.S. Route 224 and back to SR 170.
The detour will be in effect 24 hours a day, seven days a week, until the estimated completion date of Oct. 15, 2025.
ODOT urges drivers to plan accordingly and allow extra travel time.
