POLICE: Alleged accomplice in Youngstown murder case turns himself in
22-year-old Terry Hopkins was charged with one count of complicity to murder. Youngstown Police Lieutenant Mohammad Awad tells 21 News he turned himself in on Wednesday.

A second suspect has been charged and arrested in a recent murder case in Youngstown.
According to court records, 22-year-old Terry Hopkins was charged with one count of complicity to murder. Youngstown Police Lieutenant Mohammad Awad tells 21 News he turned himself in on Wednesday.
This charge is connected to the shooting death of 42-year-old Resean Graham on Friday, January 24.
Hopkins is the second suspect charged in this case with the first being 34-year-old Kenneth Carter. Carter was arrested just three days after the homicide.
Court records do not show any arraignment information for Hopkins at this time.
