According to Police, Rosalie was struck by a stray bullet as she sat in a dentist's office along St. Clair Avenue on Wednesday when police were called by the Community Action Agency about a suspected suicidal man.
Police say the man pulled a gun and opened fire. An officer returned fire, killing the man, identified as 29-year-old Joseph Como.
Officer Dakota Wetzel was shot in the head and is recovering in a Pittsburgh hospital.
There's been no word yet on who fired the shot that killed Rosalie Martin. The Ohio Bureau of Criminal Investigation is weighing evidence in the case.
