Five local high school boy's and girl's teams competed in the All-American Conference bowling tournament at Amron Lanes in Canfield on Sunday.

The schools involved were Austintown Fitch, Canfield, Boardman, Howland and Warren.

On the boy's side Boardman came in first place with a score of 3,031. In second was Canfield with a score of 2,621 and in third Fitch had a score of 2,584. 

The girl's side, Boardman secured first place as well with a score of 2,783. Howland placed second as they scored 2,362 and Fitch was in third with a score of 2,162. 

Canfield senior Matthew Logan was the boy's tournament MVP as he scored a 502 throughout the tournament and Boardman's senior Kaitlynn Greenaway was the girl's MVP with a score of 441 throughout the tournament.
