One person was killed Friday evening in a shooting in Youngstown. 

It happened around 7:30 p.m. at a home at 27370 Griselda Avenue on the city's south side. 

According to Youngstown Police, a 42-year-old male was found in the doorway of the home with multiple gunshot wounds. 

EMT attempted to perform life saving measures on the victim, but the man was pronounced dead at the scene. 

No suspects are known at this time.
