Investigators are looking for the cause of a fire that damaged a three-story apartment building in Warren late Wednesday and a neighboring structure.
Fire crews were called to the apartment on the 1100 Block of Robert Avenue NW shortly before 8 p.m. to find it engulfed in flames, which spread to a building behind the apartment.
Flames were so widespread, that second and third alarms were sounded to get more firefighters on the scene.
Our crews saw firefighters from the Warren and Howland Fire Departments battling the blaze.
Warren Assistant Fire Chief William Monrean told 21 News the fire started on the third floor of one of the apartments and spread to another building. Eggleston says everyone inside was able to get out safely.
