The inauguration of Donald Trump is shaping up to look a lot different than his first term back in 2017, with more major donors onboard this time and A-list musical stars in attendance.

One of the big day one promises we could see, is a mass deportation of undocumented immigrants.

Professor of political science at Baldwin Wallace University, Dr. Tom Sutton tells 21 News he doubts it'll happen though.

"I think you may see a little bit of a slow down, there will be a lot of publicity about this effort but really the regulations and rules even at the national level can't just be instantly changed, even with a case for a national emergency which undoubtedly would be challenged in the courts and also that would be a primary way in which this would be slowed down," Sutton said.

Trump also mentioned putting an end to birth right citizenship, but it will be an uphill battle as it's written in the Fourteenth Amendment.

"That is precisely why it will be a big challenge, it would require an amendment to the constitution or a court ruling that would basically rule that birth right citizenship is more restricted in it's interpretation than it has been traditionally," Sutton said.

Trump has proposed implementing 25% tariffs on products from Mexico and Canada, but some worry it could bring harmful effects to the economy.

"I think really what we're seeing is a first stage ploy that when then lead to negotiations to get more favorable terms from Canada and Mexico," Sutton said.

NBC News will have live coverage of Trump's inauguration from the heart of Washington D.C. Monday.
