Man accused of threat to put Youngstown officials in "body bags" indicted

The man accused of threatening to blow up Youngstown City Hall has been indicted by a Mahoning county grand jury.
Charles Brewer is charged with making terroristic threats.
The charges began with Brewer allegedly contacting city hall in November about a rodent problem at his home, saying if he wasn't contacted by the next month, he would "fill body bags with government officials."
If convicted, Brewer could face up to three years in prison.
