Youngstown Police, Fire and EMS crews responded to a crash Friday evening that occurred on I-680 near the ramp headed to Salt Springs.

A 21 News videographer at the scene of the accident involving at least two cars stated that one car was left on its side and the other was pushed up against the center median with the front end heavily damaged.

Police have blocked off parts of I-680 as they respond, and it is unclear how long the road will be blocked.

21 News team members saw one car was up on the median while driving past the accident. 

It is unknown at this time if there are any injuries.
