After a two-week-long closure due to a flu outbreak among employees, The Christmas Cafe in Boardman has reopened to customers.

According to a post on the restaurant's Facebook page, The Christmas Cafe has reopened its doors and is operating under its regular business hours once more as of Wednesday, January 15.

The business was temporarily closed for two weeks beginning December 29 due to a flu outbreak with plans to reopen on January 1. However, that did not happen since employees had not fully recovered yet.

It was then a decision was made to keep the restaurant closed until January 15.

The reopening coincides with the business's one-year anniversary.
