The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation announced that wreckage that blocked eastbound traffic for several hours had been removed after 10 p.m.
The crash is still under investigation by the Pennsylvania State Police.
In addition, a 45-mile-per-hour speed limit imposed due to hazardous road conditions was lifted early Wednesday.
Speed limits are also stated to have been restored on Interstates 79, 86 and 90.
