12 new condos to be built at former Lowellville K-12 school site
Twelve new condos will soon be filling up the site of the former Lowellville K-12 School building.
Lowellville Mayor James Iudiciani tells 21 News Sky Roofing CEO Matt Estephan will be building 12 new condos at the site of the former school building at the corner of First Street and Walnut Street.
Mayor Iudiciani says the condos will cost $300,000 to $350,000 each with a total cost of about $4.2 million. They will be between 1,400 and 1,800 square feet and include two-car garages and two stories each. The condos will not have basements.
Groundbreaking for the project is expected to take place in the spring and all condos are expected to be completed by early 2026.
