Walmart hosting 'Wellness Day' to embrace healthier lifestyles in 2025

Walmart is set to host a 'Wellness Day' where participants can receive a variety of free health screenings and affordable immunizations. Select stores are also offering vision screenings, in-store giveaways and demonstrations of wellness products.

From 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on January 11, participants may visit their local Walmart store to experience a variety of health screenings, including:

• Glucose
• Cholesterol
• Body Mass Index
• Blood Pressure

Participants may also receive affordable immunizations, including:

• Flu
• COVID-19
• HPV
• Mumps
• Measles
• Pneumonia
• Tetanus
• Rubella (MMR)
• Varicella (Chicken Pox/Shingles)
• Whooping Cough (TDAP)
• Hepatitis A & B, and more

The 'Wellness Day' is also a way for interested individuals to speak with pharmacists about maintaining a healthy lifestyle, medications and recommended vaccinations.

Other discussion topics may include information such as health journeys for women currently or hoping to become pregnant.
