Snowfall slides back in for Friday evening
After some sunshine broke out around the valley yesterday, clouds will return to the sky on Friday. Clouds will increase throughout the day with high temperatures again struggling to get out of the low 20s. Steady snow will push in this evening as an area of low pressure moves through the region.
Snow will continue overnight and into Saturday morning with snowfall totals generally between two and four inches. This could lead to some tricky travel at times Saturday morning. Snow will taper into flurries by midday tomorrow.
On Sunday, we can expect quieter conditions, but it will remain cold. High temperatures will rise into the upper 20s under mostly cloudy skies. Snow showers will return to the forecast Sunday night into Monday as another area of low pressure moves through the Great Lakes.
Next week will continue to see us stuck in this frigid weather pattern. After nearing the freezing mark on Monday, high temperatures will struggle to get out of the low-20s again on Tuesday and Wednesday with more chances for snow showers and flurries.
