Multiple Valley communities have announced upcoming parking bans in anticipation of a winter storm over the weekend.

Residents of these communities are asked to keep their vehicles off the roadway during these bans in order to give road crews room for snow removal.

MAHONING COUNTY:

- Poland Township: A parking ban will be in place between Friday, January 10 at 3 p.m. and until Sunday, January 12 at 7 a.m.

TRUMBULL COUNTY:

- Girard: An emergency parking ban will be in place between 2 p.m. Friday, January 10 and 7 a.m. Sunday, January 12. All vehicles parked in the street during the ban will be towed.
