Brian Shaner is taking over the Jackson Milton football program.

Shaner, a former head coach at Mineral Ridge & Niles replaces Nate Brode who stepped aside.  While leading the Rams he was 35-29 with four playoff appearances.  He was the head coach at Niles for six years, 2012-2017 and was 23-37 with one playoff appearance.

Shaner is expected to be approved at the district's next meeting.
