A car stopped at a Youngstown gas station was filled up with more than just gas Monday night.
According to police, someone shot up a Ford Fusion parked beside a pump at the Shell station just south of Interstate 680.
Police say a passenger had just got into the car when a masked man walked up and blasted the car with a handgun equipped with an extended or drum-style magazine.
The car sped away, and the man with the gun and his companion ran away.
In addition to broken window glass from the car, police say they found a dozen 9 mm shell casings on the ground.
Police say no one showed up at the hospital, so they believe no one was shot.
Investigators are reviewing surveillance video from the gas station.
