A woman was arrested for not having a boarding pass when taking a flight from New York to Paris, classified as a stowaway.

Svetlana Dali, 57, was most recently booked into the Mahoning County Jail on December 23, being held for a federal charge. 

The Mahoning County Jail was unable to comment at this time. 

According to the Associated Press, Dali was arrested in Buffalo again December 17. 

The inciting incident stemmed from Dali boarding a Delta flight from New York City to Paris without a boarding pass November 26. 

She was apprehended by French law enforcement when the plane landed in Paris and flown back to New York to be arraigned on charges according to the Associated Press.
